Workshops & Facilitation

The processes and principals I use for facilitating value proposition workshops and meetings have been refined and proven over the years. However, I always adapt them to meet the needs of each new client or project. I also adapt them to help clients explore more than just value propositions; exploring fundamental questions about their business - questions such as its sales and maketing strategies, its product or service portfolio, its market position and potential, and both its employer and employee branding.

I’ve run workshops for small businesses and leadership teams, and at board level for large corporates. I have also facilitated workshops and meetings for both marketing and HR teams relating to external and internal communications programmes.

My facilitation and input has also proven of particular value to creative agency teams seeking new inspiration and fresh thinking for a new campaign or pitch, or simply trying to distil clarity from a complex brief.

The programme resulted in a modernised image and included the ‘Intelligent Space’ strapline that I created to reflect their versatile temporary buildings concept.
